With over 30 years of marketing and consulting experience, Rich works with clients to develop consumer-centric marketing programs that open minds, change behaviors, and drive growth. As a co-founding partner of CMG, Rich has deep experience launching products and services that meet customer needs in a way that moves markets and help clients realize their potential. Prior to CMG, Rich honed his strategic marketing skills working with industry disruptors and challengers in the telecommunications industry. He began his career building integrated communication campaigns at one of the biggest advertising agencies in the world.
A marketer with the mind of an engineer, Russ brings a data-crunching analytical mind to our clients’ marketing efforts through all touch points. As a co-founding partner of CMG, he works to help our clients see the opportunities behind the numbers in order to achieve meaningful results. Prior to founding CMG, Russ worked with a variety of telecom and Internet companies to bring new products and services to market. In addition, Russ had a previous career as an engineer developing high-speed computer systems from which he holds multiple patents in the field of vision and control systems.
Mark brings depth of expertise to his work helping clients realize potential through marketing strategy, execution, and measurement. With over 15 years as a manager, executive, and consultant, he has led companies and supported clients in wireless firms and integrated cable and telecom companies from challenger brands to industry leaders. As a partner at CMG, Mark is a valuable leader working directly with our clients’ senior executives and our own consulting team to bring ideas and people together for success.
With her overview of the firm’s operations, Judy is the one who lets us know where we came from, where we are, and, maybe most importantly, where we are going. Before joining CMG, she has served as an accountant for a number for businesses across several of industries, including senior care, pharmacy and marketing consulting. Along with her accounting background, she spent a period of time working as an industrial engineer.
Mark Schweitzer brings 30 years of experience in marketing and product management to CMG and our clients. After several roles at the executive levels of marketing, Mark has really taken to being part of a results-oriented team of consultants focused on creating growth through strategy, intelligence, action, and measurement. Mark understands what CMOs face with the increased focus on digital marketing, data analysis, and speed-to-market. As a go-getter himself, Mark enjoys working with clients who are ready to take action to be more strategic, perform better, and create more growth.

Randy combines an interest in business design with an entrepreneurial approach to marketing. For clients, Randy addresses digital marketing and customer experience strategies holistically, he won’t just answer the question at hand, he thinks beyond the obvious to address underlying needs or underestimated impact. This talent may come from his unique skill set acquired over a non-linear career that includes stints as a consultant, brand manager, and a founder of startups.
Ray Taylor is a focused, dedicated marketing pro with a background in product management, strategic analytics, and customer segmentation. CMG clients value his insight and practical guidance gained through more than a decade of marketing leadership roles in subscription businesses such as Sprint, Sirius-XM, and Nextel. Ray brings our clients a unique ability to communicate business needs in the technical language of the IT space, which compliments his experience delivering critical insights to senior leadership teams.
Leah Rios Ewasko
With over 15 years designing and delivering successful growth initiatives, Leah brings an innovative approach to the way established companies seek new business. She contributes leadership to CMG in her management style and contributions to business development. Leah brings experience on new product development, sales, and client services at FreedomPay. At Colgate Palmolive and Reckitt & Colman, she led growth initiatives for several well-known CPG brands, including Irish Spring, Palmolive, and Woolite.
Stephen shares a rich expertise in marketing analytics and how careful examination of results and opportunities can drive success. Stephen brings more than 18 years of leadership experience in the telecom, cable, and technology sectors across both B2B and B2C markets. He most recently served as VP of marketing, customer insights and analytics, for NII Holdings, Inc. where he was responsible for driving best practices across disciplines for five international markets and 11 million customers.

Director of People & Change
Throughout her career, Courtney has developed and executed HR strategy to drive organizational growth across a variety of industries. Serving as a trusted business advisor, she is passionate about identifying solutions and removing barriers to enhance business capabilities and prioritize employee development. Courtney has experience delivering work for both domestic and international clients and holds the SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
With an always polished demeanor, deep curiosity and great attention to detail, Carlo delivers tremendous value for our clients. Prior to joining CMG in our Commercialization practice, he spent over 11 years with advertising agencies in New York City and Philadelphia working with major brands to create successful integrated marketing campaigns. Carlo holds a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
Throughout her 20 years of Marketing, IT and Change Management experience, Rebecca has remained dedicated to helping businesses and people realize their potential. As a Senior Manager at CMG, her passion for developing and leading teams while enabling a shift in cultural mindset to focus on the human side of business inspires her commitment to each engagement.
Nathan is a marketing communications pro who pulls from his past experiences to deliver solutions at the right place and right time for his clients. He came to CMG with eight years of experience working with New York-based advertising giants Young & Rubicam and McCann-Erickson. There, Nathan earned a name for developing strategies that helped big brands adapt quickly in the face of mounting competition and changing industry landscapes.
Andrew is an intelligent and curious marketer with a passion for transforming customer insights into top line growth. Employing a structured and fact-based approach, he has successfully developed digital marketing, CX, and marketing technology strategies for Fortune 500 companies. Andrew recognizes that strategy is dependent upon execution and therefore pays particular attention to creating strategies that align key stakeholders and unlock the power of internal change agents. After defining strategic direction, Andrew has played a critical role guiding cross-functional acceleration teams through activation.
Clay is an accomplished marketing professional with an extensive background in pricing strategy, development and marketing analysis. He brings more than a decade of leadership experience in the telecom services industry across both residential and commercial business elements. Clay brings a wealth of analytical thought leadership to our clients, which enables them to optimally leverage their data to extract maximum insight and value.
Justin joined CMG from our Summer Internship Program. He’s a graduate of UNC – Chapel Hill with a B.S. in business administration with concentrations in consulting and international business. Justin hit the ground running proving his strengths in designing and articulating market research studies to inform branding and go-to-market strategies. He has a talent for synthesizing data into practical insights that improve our client’s ability to make strategic decisions.
Liz uses her past experience in marketing and market analysis to help clients plan and/or execute their strategic goals. While she began her CMG career in the Commercialization Practice focusing on brand messaging and activation projects, she now also works alongside the Strategy Practice to realize our clients’ Martech and digital marketing potential. She is customer value focused, keeping in mind not only her value add to clients but their customers as well. Liz had participated in CMG’s Summer Associate Program and returned to the firm after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Business Administration.
Mike is a passionate, inquisitive marketer with a particular interest in brand and marketing strategy. He maintains a strong focus on the customer and strives to demonstrate the importance of continuous listening and learning when informing client solutions. Mike takes a collaborative approach to business strategy and enjoys working with teams to uncover insights that clients can put into practice. Mike holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in consulting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Rebecca brings an analytical approach to a creative mindset, delivering strategy and marketing solutions to CMG clients in our Transformation Practice. Her background in financial accounting and quantitative international negotiations research allows her to produce fine-tuned work with a big-picture impact. Rebecca graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a double major in Business Administration and Political Science, and she was a former Summer Associate at CMG.
Christian works with clients across industries to realize their potential through strategy, technology, and people. Christian helps clients both develop long-term strategies as well as activate solutions. His strategic work includes building prioritization models that turn abstract concepts into actionable plans. He also plays in active role in planning, activating, and measuring organizational change with CMG’s Transformation Practice. A former Summer Associate, Christian holds a B.A. in Economics and Government & Politics from the University of Maryland.
Trish is a people enthusiast who approaches client work with thoughtful creativity and a passion for research driven strategy. Trish works within the Analytics and Insights practice to partner with a variety of clients, including leading MSOs, telecom providers, and professional associations to assess market opportunity and a build marketing strategies. Trish enjoys synthesizing large amounts of data and has experience developing market research and customer insights by designing, conducting, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative research studies. Trish had participated in CMG’s Summer Associate program and returned to the firm after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Political Science.
Charley focuses on delivering a thoughtful, solutions-driven approach to each engagement opportunity. He is a curious and collaborative member of CMG’s Strategy Practice, transforming his enthusiasm for marketing technology and brand discovery into value that aims to delight the client. Charley’s background in information systems allows him to tackle clients’ technical challenges at their roots. Charley had participated in CMG’s Summer Associate Program and returned to the firm after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Business Administration.
Aditya seeks to combine his passion for marketing with his strong analytical skills to create value for CMG and our clients. He is a people enthusiast with extensive global exposure and a creative mindset. Aditya is a graduate of the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia with concentrations in Marketing and Information Technology.
